Nawanshahr/Banga- Students of PG Department of Commerce and Business Management of Sikh National College Banga organized a cultural program on the occasion of "Basant Panchami". Samarthjit Singh of B.Com 4th semester interpreted Raag Basant. Other students presented cultural activities like folk songs, gidda, speech and poetry. Students Paramjit Kaur and Namrata Saroya conducted the stage.
On this occasion, members of CBM Club were selected. In which Aftab Alam was selected as Head Boy, Gaganpreet Kaur as Head Girl, Samarthjit Singh as Vice Head Boy, Muskan as Vice Head Girl, Aditi as Secretary, Ramanjot as Joint Secretary and Baljot as Core Finance Secretary. CBM members were honored by giving badges. Head of Department Dr. Kamaldeep Kaur also addressed and praised the students. In future also, Commerce and Business Management Club assured to continue other activities along with studies.
Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder appreciated the efforts of the students for organising this memorable event. Head of the Department Dr. Kamaldeep Kaur also congratulated the students and motivated them to keep up their spirits and bring laurels to their college.
