Giving information in this regard, Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that the purpose of the welcome and support center in the service center of the district administrative complex is to help the common people in getting their government facilities/administration work done, so that they do not face any kind of trouble. Don't face it and don't wait too long. He said that it is the duty of the district administration to provide transparent, responsive and effective administration to the common people Therefore, all officers have been directed to ensure that all citizen centric services in government offices are provided to the people in a transparent manner and on time.
Komal Mittal said that this reception-cum-help desk center will function from 9 am to 5 pm on all working days. He said that after listening to the people coming to the desk for work, they will be supported to go to the concerned office. The members of the desk team will also inform the general public about the name of the officer and the floor on which the office is located, so that people do not get confused and do not go here and there in search of the respective office
