He said that in Hon'ble Supreme Court Labor related matters, check related matters (138 NI Act), other compensation matters, family law, service related matters, rent related matters, academic matters, maintenance related issues, mortgage related, consumer Security cases, transfer petitions (civil and criminal), recovery cases, criminal compoundable cases, land dispute cases, other civil cases can be filed in the appropriate Lok Adalat.
