Rupnagar, May 13 - Congress party's candidate from Sri Anandpur Sahib constituency Mr. Vijayinder Singla and Shiromani Akali Dal's candidate Kushalpal Singh Mann from Amritsar filed their nomination papers in Ropar today.
Both these leaders reached the Deputy Commissioner's office today with a convoy of their supporters and submitted their nomination papers.
