Hansi: On the birthday of Late Vikash Maan, Vikash Maan Memorial Trust organized a huge blood donation, eye check-up and cataract operation selection camp at Subhash Dramatic Club located at Jind Chowk. The camp was inaugurated by DSP Vinod Shankar.
In the camp, 174 units of blood were collected jointly by the team of Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha, Civil Hospital, Hisar and Mangalam Blood Bank.
On this occasion, in the eye check-up and cataract operation selection camp, Dr. Vipin Goyal, senior ophthalmologist of Shri Kali Devi Eye & General Hospital, examined 181 patients and distributed free medicines to them, while 47 patients were selected for cataract operation, whose operation will be done free of cost by Vikash Maan Memorial Trust at Shri Kali Devi Eye & General Hospital.
On this occasion, DSP Vinod Shankar, the chief guest, said that Late. This camp organized on the birthday of Vikas Maan is not only an act of service but it is also inspiring people that we can also do some act of service on the birthday and death anniversary of our family members.
On this occasion, Dr. S.S. Maan, President of Vikas Maan Memorial Trust said that it is the endeavor of our organization to help the needy and today's blood donation camp and eye check-up and cataract operation camp is a part of that.
On this occasion, the coordinator of the program, Advocate Dharamveer Rateria, while expressing gratitude to all the guests and blood donors, said that the success of the blood donation camp is possible only due to the blood donation of the blood donors. There was a lot of participation of women in the camp. Four couples also donated blood in the camp.
