Una, September 20 - The Gagret-Una main road will be closed to traffic from September 26th to October 24th (29 days) due to sewerage-related work. During this period, sewerage pipes will be laid on the Gagret-Una road near the post office in Gagret, from Ganesh Halwai to Purana Amb Road near Gagret Chowk, Thakur Electrical Workshop on Una Road, Krishna Medical Store near Kaloh Chowk, and near Pakka Paro near Ashoka Shuttering.
Una, September 20 - The Gagret-Una main road will be closed to traffic from September 26th to October 24th (29 days) due to sewerage-related work. Una Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal has issued orders in this regard under Sections 115 and 116 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. He stated that traffic will be diverted to the alternative route from Shivbari to Kaloh Bypass during this period.
The Deputy Commissioner stated that these orders have been issued to ensure the speedy and smooth completion of the sewerage work. The Deputy Commissioner has directed the concerned officials to put up advance boards to inform the public about the road closure and to give information about the route change.
