
Lipsi and Karan Basanpal elected as Head Girl and Head Boy of Commerce and Business Management Club.
Nawanshahr/Banga:- The Post Graduate Commerce Department of Sikh National College, Banga, under the able leadership of Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder, has elected new representatives for the Commerce and Business Management Club (CBM) for the session 2025-26. Karan Basanpal has been elected as Head Boy, and Lipsi has been elected as Head Girl.
Nawanshahr/Banga:- The Post Graduate Commerce Department of Sikh National College, Banga, under the able leadership of Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder, has elected new representatives for the Commerce and Business Management Club (CBM) for the session 2025-26. Karan Basanpal has been elected as Head Boy, and Lipsi has been elected as Head Girl.
In addition, Rajat Markanda has been appointed as Vice Head Boy, Navjit Kaur as Vice Head Girl, Barnjot Kaur as Secretary, Aanchal Saini as Joint Secretary and Mehakpreet Kaur as Finance Secretary.
In addition, 23 other students were elected as Class Representatives and given the responsibility of managing the operations and activities of the club. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Tarsem Singh Bhinder honored the newly elected representatives by presenting them with badges and wished them a bright future.
Principal Dr. Bhinder also encouraged the students to move forward with hard work, honesty and dedication, which would make their teachers and parents proud. The Honorable Principal appreciated this unique initiative taken by the department and emphasized that the Commerce Department continuously organizes unique activities.
He also informed that the formation of CBM Club is an important step in the personal development of the students, which helps in developing self-confidence and leadership qualities in them. Head of the Department Dr. Kamaldeep Kaur further emphasized that the main objective behind the formation of CBM Club is to promote leadership skills and ensure smooth and effective functioning of the department’s activities.
He assured that the club will continue to organize interesting and educational activities along with academic activities in the future. Dr. Davinder Kaur, Prof. Ramandeep Kaur, Prof. Avneet Kaur, Prof. Hardeep Kaur, Prof. Manraj Kaur, Prof. Deepika, Prof. Priya Ladher, Prof. Gurinder Kaur and Prof. Manisha were present on the occasion.
