Garhshankar, August 16 - Janavadi Istri Sabha's provincial leader and chairman of the reception committee Bibi Subhash Mattu, District Secretary Neelam Baddoan, District President Surinder Kaur Chumbar, Prem Lata, Kamlesh Dhoot said in a joint statement that the preparations for the 13th provincial session of the All India Janavadi Istri Sabha to be held in Garhshankar on August 19 and 20 have been completed.
They said that the sessions will begin at 11 am on August 19 and 20 at Hotel Pink Rose located on Chandigarh Road in Garhshankar. In which the national leaders of the All India Janavadi Istri Sabha are arriving. They appealed to all the delegate sisters to reach on time and said that 33 percent seats in the Vidhan Sabha and Parliament should be reserved for women in this session.
Apart from enacting strict laws to prevent violence against women, increasing pension to ten thousand per month for widows and elderly women, other demands related to women's rights will be discussed.
