Jammu:- Heavy rains are lashing many parts of Jammu and Kashmir. Under which a cloud burst incident has come to light in Bhalesha area of ??Doda district on Tuesday, which has affected normal life. Due to the cloud burst, a large amount of water and debris entered the settlements.
Four people have been confirmed dead in this horrific incident, while dozens of houses have been destroyed or damaged. Chaos prevailed in the area immediately after this incident.
