Kharar/Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, February 15: Students of Electrical and Civil Engineering of Government Polytechnic College Khunimajra participated in the National Convention held at Lamin Tech University Ropar under the leadership of College Principal Raksha Kiran.
Electrical Engineering students Armaan, Kaushal and Aditya secured second position in the technical poster competition under the guidance of Head of Department Dr. Anshu Sharma. Civil Engineering students Gurpreet Kaur, Arshdeep Kaur, Paranjal and Shashipal entered the final round on the topic Green Building Future of Civil Engineering under the guidance of Department In-charge Officer Prof. Gurbakshish Singh Antal.
College Principal Raksha Kiran felicitated the winning students on their arrival at the college and termed the efforts of Electrical and Civil Engineering teachers as a milestone in taking the students of Polytechnic to the national level convention.
