Garhshankar - Today on November 2, 2024, the monthly meeting of Punjab Pensioners Welfare Association was held under the chairmanship of Sathi Sarup Chand Tehsil General Secretary Garhshankar. The demands and problems of the employees and pensioners were openly discussed in the meeting.
 Speakers sharply criticized the government's policy of evasiveness towards demands for a long time. Shi Saroop Chand, Balwant Roy, Jagdish Roy and Parmanand Ji addressed today's meeting. There is great enthusiasm among the employees and pensioners of Garhshankar to hold a protest march on November 3 in Chabewal Vidhan Sabha constituency and will attend in large numbers.
