March 4, Garhshankar- Olympian Jarnail Singh Memorial Football Tournament Committee meeting was held under the leadership of Chairman Mukhtiar Singh Happy Heer in which the committee reviewed the 22nd state level football tournament and discussed the 23rd state level tournament. During the meeting, all the members present expressed their trust in the leadership of Chairman Mukhtiar Singh Happy Heer and unanimously decided to dedicate the 23rd state level tournament to be held next year to the warriors of Babbar Movement.
During the meeting, among the tournament officials, Principal Rajwinder Singh Bains was made Patron, Dr. Amandeep Heera Principal Khalsa College was made Senior Vice President, Advocate Amarinder Singh Bhullar was made Legal Advisor, Gurinder Singh Bains, Gurpreet Singh Bath and Kamal Bains were included as members in the committee. On this occasion, social worker Balveer Singh Palli Jhiki USA was specially honored.
