
MLA Jimpa appeals to volunteers to join hands to help flood victims.
Hoshiarpur- MLA Brahm Shankar Jimpa today held a meeting with volunteers and representatives of social organizations of Hoshiarpur area. In the meeting, he called upon all of them to work together to provide early relief to the flood-affected families. He said that in this hour of crisis, cooperation from every section of the society is necessary and we will have to provide relief and assistance to the affected families together.

MLA Jimpa handed over relief materials to the volunteers on the spot and sent them to the flood-affected areas. He said that along with the efforts of the government, the participation of social organizations and local youth is also very commendable.
He assured that no affected family will be left alone and all possible help will be provided. The MLA said that this disaster can be faced only by coming together. He gave a message to the volunteers to keep human feelings at the top and contribute in providing help to every affected family.
The meeting was attended by many dignitaries including Block President Jaspal Suman, Sarpanch Amarjit Bajwa, Youth Club President Pritpal, Social Worker Madan Lal Mahi, Pawan Sharma and Block President Rajan Saini. All of them assured MLA Jimpa that they will help the flood victims with full preparation at their level and provide relief material to the needy.
