
Brahma Kumaris to organise a massive blood donation camp in Mohali on August 23
Mohali, August 20- A drop of blood can prove to be effective in saving someone's life and a drop of blood can get countless blessings. Keeping this in mind, a huge social service plan has been prepared by the International Institute of Brahma Kumaris. Under this, blood donation camps will be organised simultaneously on August 23 and 24 at about 6 thousand Rajyoga centres across India and Nepal.

Keeping this in mind, a huge social service plan has been prepared by the International Institute of Brahma Kumaris. Under this, blood donation camps will be organised simultaneously on August 23 and 24 at about 6 thousand Rajyoga centres across India and Nepal.
Under this scheme, a huge blood donation camp will be organised here on Saturday, August 23 at Sukh Shanti Bhawan Phase 7. This camp is being organised on the occasion of the 18th death anniversary of former administrative head of Brahma Kumaris, Dadi Prakashmani ji. Because respected Dadi Prakashmani ji had dedicated her entire life to the service of the society and she had passed away on August 25, 2007 at the age of 84. Therefore, Brahma Kumari organization celebrates this day as World Brotherhood Day.
The team will come from PGI Chandigarh's blood bank to collect blood in this camp. The time for blood donation has been set from 10 am to 2 pm. Giving information about the camp, Brahma Kumari Premlata Behan ji, Director of Mohali-Ropar Rajyoga Meditation Centers, said that the registration of blood donors is going on very fast. Along with refreshments, blood donors will also be given certificates, literature etc.
Blood donors will have to register their names for which there is an online facility.
