Garhshankar, September 17:- In the 33rd annual volleyball tournament organized by Sant Ishar Das Sports Club in village Kahri of Hoshiarpur district with the support of NRIs and villagers of the village, the team of Khalsa College Mahilpur defeated the team of Sarhala Club in the final match and captured the tournament trophy.
Speaking in this regard, the coach of the college's volleyball team, Professor Iqbal Singh, said that the college's volleyball team entered the final by defeating the opposing teams in various league competitions and has brought glory to the institution by winning the final match.
In this regard, the Principal of Khalsa College Mahilpur, Dr. Parvinder Singh, Head of the Physical Education Department, Professor Rajkumar and the entire staff congratulated the college's volleyball team and motivated them to work harder.
