Patiala, January 28- As per the orders of the Health and Family Welfare Department of the Government of Punjab, Dr. Jagpalinder Singh has taken over as the Civil Surgeon of Patiala district. It is noteworthy that Dr. Jagpalinder Singh MD Ophthalmology, who was earlier posted as Medical Superintendent of Mata Kushlya Hospital, Patiala, has been transferred and appointed as the Civil Surgeon of Patiala.
On assuming charge, he was warmly welcomed and greeted by the program officers, senior medical officers and all the office staff in the office. After assuming charge, Dr. Jagpalinder Singh said that he will fulfill the responsibility entrusted to him with full honesty and dedication and will remain committed to providing quality health facilities being provided by the Health Department to all the citizens of the district.
The problems of the people coming to work in the Civil Surgeon Office will be resolved on priority basis. Whatever targets are there related to health programs, they will be completed within the stipulated time.
