Dr. Ambedkar Park renovation work completed: Dhosiwal.

Sri Muktsar Sahib- Muktsar Vikas Mission, a leading non-governmental social service organization dedicated to the welfare and development of the society, is carrying out the renovation work of Dr. Ambedkar Park located near the local district administrative complex. All the four walls of the park have been demolished and new ones have been built and some grills have also been installed.

The old grills have been repaired. All the labor, including masons and laborers, for the construction of the park has been provided free of cost by the Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University Mandi Gobindgarh, Dr. Jora Singh, while all the material has been purchased by the mission with the money collected with the support of donors.
The entire work of park construction has been done under the sound guidance of Sanjeev Jindal, Principal of Desh Bhagat Global School located on Kotkapura Road, under the University and under the supervision and care of the University's Chief Supervisor Dr. Dilbagh Singh Bagi Khirkianwala and Gurpreet Singh and Amritpal Singh (both supervisors). Today, on the completion of the construction work, Mission Head, renowned social worker Jagdish Rai Dhosiwal has thanked the Chancellor of the University Dr. Jora Singh and his Presidency son Dr. Prof. Sandeep Singh.
It is noteworthy that the entire Bawa family donated their personal land for the establishment of this park. President Dhosiwal has also thanked the entire Bawa family for this noble work. Along with this, he has also thanked the constituency MLA Jagdeep Singh Kaka Brar MLA and all the donors who provided financial support for the park renovation.
Giving information, President Dhosiwal has said that in the last phase of park beautification, ten benches will be placed on the interlocking tiles installed outside the park so that it is convenient for the common people to sit. Apart from this, hedges and ornamental plants along with flowering plants will be planted in the park. The four walls including the grills of the park and the statue and platform of Dr. Ambedkar will also be painted nicely.
Today, in the joy of completing the construction work of the park, the Dhosiwal family gave new suits as a gift to all the masons and laborers. On this occasion, apart from the said Chief Supervisor and Supervisors, Painter Des Raj and Jaskaran Singh, Mason Deep Singh and laborers Gurmail Singh, Jagjit Singh, Dalour Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Pralad, Montu Singh, Sukhdev Singh, Sewa Singh and Sukh Ram etc. were present.
On this occasion, Mission Chief Dhosiwal along with Eng. Ashok Kumar Bharti, Niranjan Singh Rakhra, Dr. Surinder Girdhar, Baljit Singh Cooperative, Pooja Kakkar and Narinder Kaka etc. also congratulated all the masons and laborers on the completion of the park construction work. On this occasion, laddus were distributed to all the laborers and made them happy.
