SAS Nagar, April 6 - The 35th Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony was organized at Shaheed Major Harminder Pal Singh Government College Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor of Punjabi University Patiala Dr. Arvind participated as the chief guest And retired Principal of Government College Machiwara Dr. Jaspal Singh was the special guest. On this occasion, the college principal Mrs. Harjit Gujral welcomed the guests and read the annual report of the college.

On this occasion, Dr. Arvind and Dr. Jaspal Singh distributed prizes to the winners of academic and co-curricular activities. 28 Roll of Honour, 87 College Colors, 205 Merit Certificates and 20 Memorial Awards were given to the students who showed good performance during the function.
