We should take care of our diet We should live an ideal life by reading biographies of heroes and warriors and taking guidance from them.
While speaking during the camp, Ms. Kamaljit Kaur (Counselor) gave information about the Red Cross De-addiction Center that we treat drug addicts absolutely free and they are not beaten in any way and provide all kind of family environment. It is encouraged in every way to stay away from drugs and to give up drugs. Any person can give up his addiction by coming to the center voluntarily and staying in the center for one month We should pay special attention to the children and reach their school so that they do not fall into bad company because drug addiction stops the physical, intellectual and mental development of children. Due to which they get away from society and family.
