Mohali, August 3: A case of fraud of crores of rupees has come to light in Kharar city of Mohali district by a property dealer who allegedly cheated hundreds of innocent people in the name of giving flats.
Speaking at a conference at the Mohali Press Club today, victims Kulwinder Singh and Arun Kumar said that Shiv Kumar Sharma, the owner of Rihas Property Dealers located at Sunny Enclave, Sector 125, his wife Neha Sharma and the company's manager Vikas Sharma, were attacked by them and many others. had contacted to buy a flat. He said that Shiv Kumar Sharma had collected crores of rupees under the promise of buying flats in various societies like Micro Homes, Banipal Homes, GK Homes etc. with common people. He said that about one to one and a half years have passed But we still feel robbed today. The victims said when we approached Shiv Kumar Sharma to return the money or register the purchased property. So Shiv Kumar Sharma said that I can't register the purchased properties for you. So you get your money back. He distributed checks to all the buyers.
When victims deposited checks to withdraw their money, they were bounced.
After this, the victims complained about this matter to SSP Mohali, then the hearing of this matter was handed over to DSP Ajitpal Singh of CW Wing. But the result of that too remained zero. The victims have also expressed their apprehension about the alleged collusion of the police. The victims said that now the above property dealer Shiv Kumar Sharma has gone into hiding after closing the office. Not only here when the affected people contacted the above societies to get their flats So the above society builders asked the dealer Shiv Kumar not to make any agreement or give any money. From which it is known that the dealer Shiv Kumar Sharma, his wife Neha Sharma and the manager Vikas Sharma have cheated the gullible people under a well thought out conspiracy.
Meanwhile, the victims Kulwinder Singh, Arun Kumar, Gurwinder Singh, Unkar Singh, Aman Kumar, Amardeep Kaur, Pushpankar, Naveen Nanda, Gokul, Vinod etc. told that we all have more than 2 crore rupees trapped. And this dealer is also looking to flee abroad.
They demanded from the Punjab government, police administration that action against the dealers Shiv Kumar Sharma, Neha Sharma and Vikas Sharma should be registered under 420 and justice should be given to us.
In the meantime, when an attempt was made to contact the above dealers Shiv Kumar Sharma, Neha Sharma and Vikas Sharma over the phone, their mobile phones were being switched off.
Today, when the journalists contacted DSP Ajitpal Singh, he said that if the money of the above victims is not received, then we can file an FIR.
