S.A.S.Nagar 20 January 2025: Refresher training was organized at Hotel Red Paradise, Zirakpur on 20 January to update the enumerators (enumerators) and supervisors of District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar regarding the 21st Livestock Census.
This training was chaired by Dr. Gursharanjit Singh Bedi, Director, Animal Husbandry Department. 13 supervisors and 95 enumerators were trained in the training. In this regard, Dr. Ravikant State Nodal Officer said that the problems arising in connection with the 21st Livestock Census were resolved.
Apart from these, Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry Department Dr. Lokesh Kumar, Assistant Director Animal Husbandry Department of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Dr. Alamdeep Kaur, Senior Veterinary Officer of Derabassi Dr. Bhupinder Pal Singh, Senior Veterinary Officer of Mohali Dr. Rajesh Narang, Senior Veterinary Officer of Kharar Dr. Satnam Singh and Veterinary Officer of Raipur Dr. Harpreet Singh also gave information about the training.
Deputy Director of Animal Husbandry Department of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar Dr. Shivkant Gupta thanked the Director and asked the enumerators and supervisors who came for training to complete this task within the stipulated time with full dedication and diligence. Apart from this, he also thanked the enumerators and supervisors of the district for completing about 50 percent of the census in the district.
