NCC cadet Ekamjot highlighted the name of Khalsa College, Mahilpur

Mahilpur, February 26:- Miss. Ekamjot, daughter of Mrs. Manjit Kaur, a student who returned from RD Parade, New Delhi, was honored today at Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Mahilpur. It is worth mentioning that Ekamjot 8 Punjab Battalion is the only female cadet of Khalsa College Mahilpur among the educational institutions running under NCC, Phagwara, who got the opportunity to participate in the Republic Day Parade.

It is worth mentioning that Ekamjot 8 Punjab Battalion is the only female cadet of Khalsa College Mahilpur among the educational institutions running under NCC, Phagwara, who got the opportunity to participate in the Republic Day Parade.
While honoring the said student, General Secretary of Sikh Educational Council Prof. Apinder Singh said that the name of the college has been brightened by this achievement. About this, NCC officer Dr. Deepak said that after eight consecutive camps, after achieving success in all the selection processes, Ekmajot was invited for the New Delhi RDC camp in December itself. The RDC camp was inaugurated by Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar in New Delhi. On this occasion, the principal of the college, Dr. Parvinder Singh, congratulated Ekamjot and asked other students to take inspiration from such achievements. Meanwhile, the staff of the college, students and guests from outside were also present.
