
Disaster Management, Civil Defense, First Aid, Fire Safety Training Camp for Nursing Students Started.
Patiala:- Following the orders of Health Minister Dr. Balvir Singh Ji, as per the instructions of Medical Superintendent, Rajindra Hospital Patiala, Government Nursing College Patiala started a three-day training camp to provide training to students on Disaster Management, Civil Defense, First Aid, Fire Safety.

Nursing College Principal Dr. Balwinder Kaur said that in today's time, efforts are being made to make every nursing and medical student the helping angels of the victims to save the lives of the victims during natural and human disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, epidemics, climate changes and domestic, transport, factory incidents.
Government of India Disaster Management, Civil Defense, First Aid, Fire Safety Trainer Shri Kaka Ram Verma who is a retired Training Supervisor of Indian Red Cross Society, Assistant Thanedar Ram Saran of Punjab Police Traffic Education Cell, Dr. Suman and Dr. Rahul Dabur from Guru Nanak Institute of Medical Technology are providing training on related subjects.
Kaka Ram Verma thanked the Health Minister, Medical Superintendent, Dr. Vishal Chopra and Principal of Nursing College Dr. Balwinder Kaur and said that keeping in mind the disasters caused by future disasters, wars, epidemics and climate changes, the Punjab Government is taking commendable steps to save precious lives.
He said that it is necessary for us and every citizen, the heads of every institution to prepare their employees and students as helping angels of the victims by getting them trained for the safety, protection and help of all.
