
Citizens who have completed 18 years by the eligibility date April 1, 2024 can register their names in the voter list.
Una, March 18 - Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal said that the dates for Lok Sabha elections 2024 have been announced. He said that under the guidelines of the Election Commission of India, any Indian citizen whose age is 18 years or more on the qualifying date (qualifying date April 1, 2024) is eligible to become a voter.

He said that the last date to apply for this has been fixed as May 4, 2024. He said that Form No. 6, age certificate, a colored passport size photograph and residence certificate (ration card, Aadhar card, electricity bill and water bill) will be mandatory documents for the voter to register his name. He said that in this regard the concerned voters can contact the BLO appointed in the polling station or the office of the concerned Election Registration Officer (SDM).
