Mahilpur, (December 5) The 193rd historical Krishna Leela Mela was organized at village Bari Kalan with great devotion and fanfare by Shri Krishna Leela Management Committee Bari Kalan under the leadership of President Paramjit Singh Pamma with the support of village Vasia.

On the last day of the fair, Sant Baba Pritam Singh Ji, Vijay Sampla, former Union Minister, Chanchal Verma, President City Welfare Club, Prem Singh Sahota, MLA Dr. Raj Kumar, Daljit Singh Sahota and Davinder Singh Bains Bahowal attended the event. Union Minister Sampla said that this fair is the oldest in the history of Punjab. The continuous continuation of the fair for such a long time shows that the social life of the village
The bond is very strong. On this occasion, tableaus of important events from the birth of Krishna to Mahabharata including 'Krishna birth, Kansa's death, Sudama Milan' were brought out. At the end of the fair, Vijay Sampala performed the ceremony of lighting the effigy of Kansa.
