SDM Derabassi Amit Gupta informed that 6 yoga sessions are being organized daily at different places in the city by trainer Sheetal at Zirakpur. During the yoga practice, people are being motivated to do yoga by explaining the benefits of yoga. Trainer Sheetal conducts the first class at Bachpan School Park, Zirakpur from 6.00 to 7.00 am and the second class at Shri Charan Kamal Singh Gurdwara from 7.15 to 8.15 am, the third class at Nirankari Bhawan, Zirakpur from 8.25 to 9.25 am and the fourth class at Jarnail Enclave-1 from 10.00 to 11.00 am, the fifth class at Bachpan School Park from 11.05 to 12.05 am and the sixth class at Jarnail Daulat Singh Park, Zirakpur from 12.15 to 1.15 pm.
Trainer Sheetal said that due to today's hectic lifestyle, people do not have time to do yoga and exercise. But now C.M.
