Patiala, November 7: The activities of the Patiala District Bar Association for the elections to be held on December 15 have intensified. Voter list of bar members will be issued by November 14 after the last date for affidavits sought regarding non-voting in any other bar association and objections can be filed against this list by November 21, if any objection is received. And if it is considered valid, it will be amended, after that the list will be released in final form by November 30. On December 1, the Bar Association Committee will audit its accounts for the year. After this, the nomination process will begin, the dates of scrutiny of nomination papers, withdrawal of names and distribution of election marks will be announced. On December 15, there will be an election for the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Joint Secretary of the Bar Association for 10 executive members and the newly elected office bearers will be announced late this evening.
