
SDM Anubhav Mehta arrived at village Tharota for an overnight stay and addressed public concerns on the spot

In compliance with the Haryana government's directives, SDM Anubhav Mehta arrived at village Tharota in the Nising block for an overnight stay late Tuesday evening. He listened to the villagers' concerns and resolved them on the spot.
Giving information about the Lado Laxmi Yojana, he explained that under this scheme, more than one woman in a family will receive financial benefits. In the first phase, the government has decided to provide benefits to women from families with incomes up to ?100,000. He also explained that Aadhaar cards, residential certificates, and bank account numbers for oneself and other family members are mandatory for registration.
During the overnight stay, Sarpanch Gurpinder Singh welcomed SDM Anubhav Mehta and other officials. He then listened to the villagers' concerns one by one. During the overnight stay, the villagers raised various issues. Some of these were resolved on the spot, while others were referred to officials from the relevant departments for immediate action.
During the overnight stay, SDM Anubhav Mehta also toured the village and inspected the arrangements and cleanliness in the e-library. He urged the villagers to pay special attention to the village's cleanliness so that their village's name can be included in the list of cleanliness programs.
SDM Anubhav Mehta stated that the primary goal of the Night Stay Program is to establish direct communication between the administration and the public, ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach the right beneficiaries and to understand the challenges faced at the grassroots level. Any village-related issues raised during this program will be resolved. The district administration is always ready to serve the public.
Resolving Problems is a Priority for the District Administration:
Villagers presented their problems to SDM Anubhav Mehta, primarily regarding income verification in family IDs, old-age pension, birth date verification in PPP, a playground in the village, the appointment of a village numberdar, widower pension, electricity bills, the construction of the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Bhawan, and the paving of the road to the camp. The SDM assured the villagers that their problems would be resolved on a priority basis.
Phool Kumari's Old Age Pension Disbursed on the Spot During the Night Stay Program:
During the Night Stay Program, Phool Kumari raised her pending old-age pension issue with SDM Anubhav Mehta. He directed immediate action on the matter. As a result, Phool Kumari's old-age pension was arranged by the Social Welfare Department right on the site. Overwhelmed by this quick and effective resolution, Phool Kumari expressed her happiness and thanked SDM Anubhav Mehta.
Public should take advantage of the resolution camp: SDM:
SDM Anubhav Mehta stated that, as directed by the state government, resolution camps are being held every Monday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in all subdivision offices, including the Mini Secretariat, in the district. He stated that complaints related to electricity, water, family identity cards, old-age pensions, and other issues are being heard on the spot at these resolution camps, and problems are being resolved, and necessary guidance is being provided to the officials concerned. He urged citizens to take advantage of the resolution camp and receive prompt resolution to their problems.
DDPO Kanchanlata, Tehsildar Nising Suresh, BDPO Shikha, SHO Bhagwan Das, and other administrative officials were present during the event.
