Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini implements Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana - A powerful initiative towards women empowerment.

Chandigarh, September 24 - Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini has created a new work culture in the first year of his second term by bringing good governance, transparency and public welfare policies to the fore. He has shown the identity of a powerful leadership by fulfilling the promises he made on time, following the principle of one word and one deed.

While discharging the responsibility of Finance Minister as Chief Minister, Shri Saini had presented his first budget of Rs 2,05,017 crore in the budget session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha in March. Another resolution of the Sankalp Patra has been implemented. Announcing an important scheme for women empowerment, Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana in the budget, he also provided a budget of Rs 5000 crore for it.
Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini, while giving shape to this scheme in just 192 days, proved that his government is working on the three-level basis of policy, intention and execution. This scheme will be launched as Deen Dayal Lado Laxmi Yojana on the occasion of the birth anniversary of India's great thinker and pioneer of humanism, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay, on September 25, 2025, and on this day the Chief Minister will launch a mobile app in Panchkula on which eligible women will have to register.
Under this scheme, about 22 lakh women of the state between the age group of 23 to 60 years, whose annual family income is up to Rs. 1 lakh, will get financial assistance of Rs. 2100.
On this day, special programs will be organized in all 22 districts of the state in which Ministers, MPs, MLAs and senior administrative officers of the Haryana Government will be present.
The Chief Minister has announced that the scope of this scheme will be further expanded in the coming phases so that maximum eligible women get its benefits. This step of Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini will prove to be a milestone in the field of women empowerment in the state.
