SAS Nagar, September 23 - A five-foot snake was found in a room of the night shelter run by the Phase 6 Municipal Corporation of Mohali. The employees here got scared and ran out. Later, some employees bravely took the snake out and killed it.
The employees said that the snake could have bitten anyone and a major accident could have happened because needy people often come to sleep in the night shelter. After the incident of the snake coming out, the people who come and sleep there are also scared.
The employees said that there is a lot of grass in the park near the night shelter where snakes often roam and a snake came out of them. The people who spend the nights there have demanded that the area around it be cleaned.
