Nawanshahr- Like in previous years, the eighth event of the series of Gurmat Samagams organized by Guru Nanak Mission Sewa Society dedicated to the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Sahib Ji was organized with great devotion and love at Gurdwara Dera Kartargarh Mehitpur Uladni today.

During this event, Hazuri Raagi of Darbar Sahib Bhai Gurkirat Singh delighted the congregation by reciting Gurbani Kirtan. After him, the famous narrator of the Panth, Giani Sarabjit Singh Dhotian, started the Gurmat thoughts based on the Bani of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and shed light on the Bani of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji and his history in detail.
Guru Nanak Mission Sewa Society Chief Sevadar Surjit Singh welcomed the congregation as usual and appealed to them to attend the Mahan Kirtan Darbar being organized in the grounds of Khalsa School and the grand Gurmat Samagam to be held at Gurdwara Manji Sahib dedicated to the 556th birth anniversary and 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Nanak Sahib. Sant Baba Ukar Singh Charitable Hospital President and Patron of Gurmat Samagam Sr. Barjinder Singh thanked the congregation for coming.
He also honored the Kirtani Jatha and Kathawachak with a siropa. In today's event, a large number of congregation reached the event from distant cities through buses and private vehicles and enjoyed the event by singing Shabad during the Kirtan.
