Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, September 06: In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act-2012, Additional District Magistrate Mrs. Geetika Singh has cancelled the license of Stark Global Consultants firm.
According to the Additional District Magistrate, Stark Global Consultants Firm G-7, Janta Market, Jhungian Road, Kharar, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, owner Mr. Harjit Singh (Proprietor) son of Mr. Davinder Singh, resident of House No. 16-A, Shimla Apartment Sector-117, Near Raman Enclave, Kharar, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, was issued a consultancy license No. 362/IC dated 02.12.2019, which expired on 01.12.2024.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner said that the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act-2012 have been violated by the firm and the licensee due to undelivered registered letter of residential address and office address, non-submission of monthly report, non-renewal of license, non-sending of information regarding monthly reports and advertisements, closure of office, non-compliance with the clauses of the license, non-response/clarification of the notice.
In view of the above facts, in exercise of the powers conferred under the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professionals Regulation Act-2012, the license number 362/IC dated 02.12.2019 issued to Stark Global Consultants firm has been revoked/cancelled with immediate effect.
Apart from this, as per the Act/Rules, if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said company/director/partner/licensee will be responsible in every respect for it and will also be responsible for compensating for it.
