Garhshanker- The officials of Adarsh ??Social Welfare Society Punjab welcomed the famous cyclist Shri Rupesh Bali ji on his arrival at Garhshanker by Founder President Satish Kumar Soni. On this occasion, the chief spokesperson of the society Punjab Principal Jagdish Rai, Joint Secretary Block Santokh Singh, District Secretary Kamal Dev and Sharma ji, Manager Oasis Hotel etc. were present. Adarsh ??Social Welfare Society Punjab will soon organize awareness seminars in Government Schools of Pausi in collaboration with local administration to initiate children towards the fight against drug abuse.
Renowned cyclist Mr. Rupesh Bali said that cycling is a cheap and easy way to maintain good health, it can prevent evils like drug abuse and long distance travel can be easily undertaken, he said that he cycles about 100 kms every day and meets different personalities and talks about his mission and today he is cycling from Hoshiarpur to Zirakpur.
