
District Town Planner Department alerted citizens about illegal colony in Hansi.
Hansi: District Town Planner Dinesh Kumar informed that a matter has come to notice about people preparing a layout plan inventory plan in the name of Gokul Dham, Part-2, Sector-18 Hansi and dividing it into colonies and selling plots of about 28 acres of land in Hansi to Delhi Road (old NH-9) adjacent to KC Farm in Revenue Estate Hansi. This layout plan is being distributed/advertised among the general public in the name of Bhaichara Property.
Hansi: District Town Planner Dinesh Kumar informed that a matter has come to notice about people preparing a layout plan inventory plan in the name of Gokul Dham, Part-2, Sector-18 Hansi and dividing it into colonies and selling plots of about 28 acres of land in Hansi to Delhi Road (old NH-9) adjacent to KC Farm in Revenue Estate Hansi. This layout plan is being distributed/advertised among the general public in the name of Bhaichara Property.
In this context, it is informed that in the revenue estate Hansi Sector-18, only, license in the name of VS Infra has been applied on Radhika Mill Road, whereas in the distributed inventory plan, along with the license applied colony, another plot - New Industrial Plot and Residential (old NH-9) colony to be cut in about 28 acres of land adjacent to KC Farm (Inventory Plan Gokul Dham Part-2, Sector-18 Hansi) is shown, for which the landowners have not taken license from the Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana, Chandigarh under Section 3 of the Urban Area Act 1975.
He said that this office is continuously taking action against illegal colonies, which will be continued strictly in future also. Apart from the above, the general public is also informed that they should not buy plots or construct plots in such illegal colonies by getting lured by property dealers. Also, before buying a plot, make sure to check whether the colony is legal or not.
Dinesh Kumar said that the general public is requested that the development of the colony should be started only after taking a license from the Director, Town and Country Planning Department, Haryana, Chandigarh, so that the general public does not have to face any kind of problem in future.
