SAS Nagar, August 18- Punjabi Cultural and Welfare Society (Regd.) SAS Nagar organized a colorful program Teej Diyan in connection with Teej in collaboration with Rabab Music and JL Records, in which a large number of audience reached, due to which the program took the form of a cultural festival.

In this event organized under the leadership of the Society's President Akwinder Singh Gosal, General Secretary Davinder Singh Jugni and Finance Secretary Jagtar Singh Jassi, the exhibition of disappearing items of Punjab's cultural heritage and the performance of Giddha by young women were highly commendable. The chief guest of the event was Mrs. Jaswant Kaur, wife of Kulwant Singh MLA and Bibi Paramjit Kaur Landry, Pawandeep Kaur Gill, Gurpreet Kaur, who were part of the presidium, honored the dignitaries and singers and added color with the gidha.
The colorful program began with cultural songs sung by Uminder, Om Kurali and Ratan Bai. Tania Sitara, Sarbi Ratan, Harpreet Honey, Indu Verma and Sonu Shah entertained the audience with their songs. The singing duo Miss Neelam and Dilraj, who specially arrived in this colorful program of Teej, took the festival to the peak with their hit songs. Miss Neelam was specially honored by the society.
On this occasion, Ramanpreet Kaur MC, Gurmeet Kaur MC, Ashwani Kumar Sharma Sambalki, Hari Mohan Sharma, Gurmukh Singh Sohal, Harpal Singh Channa and Sheetal Singh were specially present.
For the success of the entire program, Parminder Singh Bhinda, Eng. Gurjant Singh, Vikramjit Singh Vicky, Gurvinder Singh Bitti Sohal, Dr. Kuldeep Singh, Darshan Singh Darsi, Gurinder Singh Lambar, Swaran Singh, Surinder Singh Binny, Ranjit Singh, Balwinder Singh Bhau, Sarabjit Singh Saini, Sudagar Singh Shammi, JP Singh Gabbar and Amrik Singh Virk made special contributions.
Narinder Abrar conducted the stage while Amaninder Kaur Sonu added color by adding bidis in the Giddha. At the end, a langar of kheer puris was served to the audience.
