Hoshiarpur- The 'World No Tobacco Day' declared by WHO Government of India was celebrated at the district level at Rayat Bahra Institute of Nursing, Hoshiarpur. In which Chabbewal constituency MLA Dr. Ishank Kumar was present as the chief guest.
On this occasion, Civil Surgeon Dr. Pawan Kumar, Deputy Medical Commissioner Dr. Harbans Kaur, Dr. Mahima Manhas Medical Eng. were present as special guests.
