Chandigarh, August 1: Former Akali leader and owner of Punjab's famous real estate company Gilco Valley, Ranjit Singh Gill has joined BJP today. S. Gill had resigned from the Akali Dal a few days ago. Today, Mr. Saini has joined BJP at the residence of Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini.
It is worth mentioning that Ranjit Singh Gill has contested elections twice from the Kharar assembly constituency on behalf of the Shiromani Akali Dal. A few days after he resigned from the Akali Dal, the next day, Aam Aadmi Party MLA Anmol Gagan Mann also resigned as an MLA, after which there were speculations that Ranjit Singh Gill will join the Aam Aadmi Party, but today he has stopped all discussions by taking the side of the BJP.
