S.A.S. Nagar, July 25, 2025: The Department of Languages, Punjab, along with literary activities for the Punjabi mother tongue, also conducts Punjabi Shorthand classes at district headquarters. Eligible candidates willing to learn Punjabi Shorthand can take admission in Shorthand Classes (Basic Training and Intensive).
New admissions are going to start in these classes for the session 2025-26. Giving detailed information in this regard, Dr. Darshan Kaur, Research Officer, Department of Languages, Punjab, informed that the last date for filling the form for Punjabi Shorthand Classes (Basic Training and Intensive) for the session 2025-26 at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar has been fixed as 20th August 2025.
The educational qualification for these classes is graduation.
The exam for Punjabi Shorthand Fast Speed Class will be held on August 22 at 10 am at a speed of 80 words per minute. The interview of the candidates who qualify the Basic Training Class and Fast Speed test will be held on August 27 at 10 am.
On this day, candidates will appear for the interview with their original certificates on time.
