Chandigarh, July 24 - Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Mr. Shyam Singh Rana said that the state government will fulfill the legitimate demands of the arhtiyas soon. Aarhtiyas are friends of the farmers and with the help of each other they complete their work.

Mr. Rana was presiding over a meeting of representatives of the arhtiya association in Chandigarh today.
On this occasion, Principal Secretary of the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, Director of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department Mr. Anshaj Singh, Chief Administrator of the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board Mr. Mukesh Kumar Ahuja, Managing Director of the Haryana State Warehousing Corporation Limited Dr. Shaleen along with other officials and many officials of the arhtiya association were present.
Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Mr. Shyam Singh Rana said that the state government is for the welfare of the people and takes full care of all sections. He assured to pay the remaining wheat aarthi of the aarthias soon.
In the meeting, the issues of no-dues of the old shops of the mandi traders, their licenses, cleanliness of the mandi besides the issues of the representatives of the Miller-Association and Flour-Mill Association were discussed in detail.
The Agriculture Minister listened carefully to the demands of all the traders and directed the officials to consider and fulfill their legitimate demands.
