SAS Nagar, July 5 - A bike rider was seriously injured in a road accident on the main road between Phase-3A and Madanpura village this afternoon. According to the information, the bike rider collided with the rear of a car going ahead.
This incident happened around 12:30 pm, when a bike rider suddenly collided with a car going ahead. The collision was so severe that the bike rider fell on the road and the rear glass of the car was shattered. People present at the spot immediately picked up the injured bike rider and the car driver took the injured to the hospital in his own car.
The cause of the accident could not be ascertained. This accident has once again emphasized the need to follow road safety rules.
