Secretary Harpreet Singh Sandhu and retired Deputy Director of Language Department Dr. Harnek Singh Dhod appealed to plant as many fruit trees as possible to preserve the environment and to live life according to the rules of doctors and nature for good health and fitness. Dr. Rishma Kohli said that in order to save precious lives, apart from doctors, nurses and medical staff, those who provide first aid, CPR and train them in emergency situations should always be respected and honoured.
She said that Doctors Day in the country has been dedicated to the former Chief Minister of West Bengal, Dr. Bidhan Chand Roy. She expressed her gratitude to Shri Kaka Ram Verma who has been training students, teachers, police and factory workers in first aid, CPR, care of the injured and fire safety for the last 45 years and has made more than 10 lakh youth and citizens angels helping the victims. Kaka Ram Verma said that every year lakhs of people are dying and properties are being damaged due to various types of fires, gases, electricity and petroleum products in homes, mohallas, roads, buildings and factories. The teachers of National High School Patiala, Green Land Public School, Veer Haqiqat Rai School who were honoured expressed their gratitude and said that along with the governments and administration, every student, teacher, civil servant should also take training for the safety, protection, respect, prosperity and progress of their country, society, home-family and environment and should work honestly according to the rules of health and safety.
All appealed to God to end wars from the world, replace the dreadful weapons and adopt the knowledge of quality education, health, safety, values ??and gratitude to make humanity healthy, safe and prosperous.
