Training program organized for implementation of e-office process in Una district.

Una, June 20- E-office system is being successfully implemented in Una district to make the government functioning more effective, transparent and time bound. In this sequence, today on Friday, special training was provided to the officers and employees in the Circle Office of Public Works Department, Una on the functioning, utility and technical aspects of e-office system. About 75 officers and employees of the Public Works Department participated in this training program.

In this sequence, today on Friday, special training was provided to the officers and employees in the Circle Office of Public Works Department, Una on the functioning, utility and technical aspects of e-office system. About 75 officers and employees of the Public Works Department participated in this training program.
E-District Manager Sahil Sharma from Digital Technology and Governance Department, Una said that the objective of the training is to shift the departmental work from the traditional paper process to the digital platform, thereby improving the speed of decision making and promoting transparency and accountability in the government system.
During the training session, he gave detailed information about file management, e-noting, e-dispatch, correspondence process, digital tracking of documents, user access control, and work flow system to the officers and employees present. Along with this, he explained to the trainers through live demo how e-office can be used in daily work.
Sahil Sharma said that the state government is committed to making all the departments of the state paperless as well as ensuring quick delivery of government services to the common citizens through digital medium.
