Haryana/Hisar: A case of false case filed by Anganwadi workers against Narendra Kumar, a 100% disabled teacher working in the Education Department Haryana, has come to light. According to the report of CM Window, despite the case being settled on 02/05/2025, teacher Narendra Kumar was called to the police station Radaur and held hostage and his mobile was seized!
Teacher Narendra Kumar JBT is working as a school in-charge in Government Primary School Basantpura in Block Radaur District Yamunanagar. Narendra Kumar told that the in-charge of two Anganwadi centers in the school premises, Geeta Rani wife Labh Singh resident of Basantpura, helper Mamta Devi, Sukhdevi and Gram Panchayat Sarpanch Shiv Kumar were obstructing the work of the school for a long time;
, A case came to light of helper Mamta Devi stealing tiles and water tank from the school, and pushing out a mentally challenged child from the Anganwadi centre with the force of a stick. Being a school in-charge, I protested against this and complained against them on 03/04/2025 at the Block Women and Child Development Office, Radaur and on 08/04/2025 at the Police Station, Radaur, on which no cognizance was taken;
On 09/04/2025, in-charge Geeta Rani, helper Mamta Devi, Sukhdevi started abusing in front of the school children, made indecent remarks on disability, and on the pretext of filling water, attacked teacher Narendra Kumar and the school children at around 2 pm during duty hours and on the same date 09/04/2025, a false complaint was lodged against me; Regarding which I was called to the police station Radaur and clarification was sought about the complaint,,
The police station in-charge of Radaur took the side of the complainants, blamed me and also commented on my disability, and was asked to come to the police station again on 16/04/2025. Being hurt by this whole episode, I appealed to the Honorable Chief Minister in CM Window Yamunanagar on 11/04/2025 for an impartial investigation of the whole matter;
As soon as the complainants got the information about this, they got a case registered against me in the police station Radaur on 12/04/2025 under various sections by making dirty and serious allegations like assault, molestation, looking with wrong intentions. Meanwhile, in relation to my appeal in CM Window Yamunanagar, I was informed to appear in DSP office Radaur and submit evidence,, I took along Mid Day Meal worker Rampyari and submitted all the relevant evidence in DSP office Radaur,,,
Female police personnel Komal ji came to the school and took the statements of the children and made a map of the school,,
On 30/04/2025, again in-charge Geeta Rani, helper Mamta Devi, Sukhdevi abused and threatened in front of the school children, made indecent remarks on disability, a written complaint of which was again made in Police Station Radaur along with the written statement of Mid Day Meal worker Rampyari,,
On 15/05/2025, I was again called to Police Station Radaur for questioning and while taking action on the false case filed against me, I was kept hostage in Police Station Radaur for 6 hours, mobile was confiscated, instructions were given to issue challan, my lawyer was presented in the court I was asked to appear and asked both the parties to prepare an affidavit of settlement and submit it. Taking pity on my disability and expressing sympathy, I was released on bail for a few days. I have also given all the information about the incident of 15/05/2025 to DC office Yamunanagar and SP OFFICE Yamunanagar, but no appropriate action has been taken till now;
While according to the Grievance Status Report of CM Window, the case has been settled by the police on 02/05/2025!
Therefore, I, teacher Narendra Kumar JBT, once again request the police administration and the government to please conduct an impartial investigation of the case and please take appropriate action.
