Hisar:- As per the directions of Superintendent of Police Hansi Amit Yashvardhan, to curb crime in the entire district, Special Staff Hansi Police has arrested Anwar son of Raghbir resident Badala with illegal weapon.
According to the information received from the Police Spokesperson's Office, during patrolling, Special Staff Hansi Police received secret information that a person is carrying illegal weapon near a water tank near village Badala.
If an immediate raid is conducted, he can be arrested. Special Staff Hansi Police acted promptly and formed a team and reached near the tank near village Badala, took the person in custody as per the secret information and searched the person. An illegal weapon, a country-made pistol and a live cartridge were recovered from the person's possession.
After taking the illegal weapon into police custody, a case was registered against the person under the Arms Act in Police Station Bas. The accused has been produced before the honourable court and taken on two-day police remand as per the court order. During the remand, the accused will be thoroughly interrogated.
