Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar/Boothgarh, May 28: Health department took out a cycle rally in village Bahlolpur giving the message of prevention of high blood pressure. Dr. Kiranjit Kaur and Dr. Jyoti told that students of Government High School Bahlolpur participated in the rally and gave the message to people to avoid high blood pressure and other non-communicable diseases.
They told that the purpose of this rally is to increase the knowledge of common people by making them aware about high blood pressure. They told that more than 30 percent of the world's population suffers from high blood pressure, due to which there is a risk of diseases like heart and kidney etc.
Due to changing lifestyle, now even children are becoming victims of this disease. By making changes in our lifestyle, we can avoid other non-communicable diseases like blood pressure such as diabetes, heart attack etc.
