Making the youth aware in this regard, Mr. Harpreet Singh Manshahian, Deputy Director Employment Department informed that the written examination of this recruitment will be conducted in the second week of June 2025. In this regard, guides and books from various publishers, along with question banks, are available in the market.
Sikh Regiment Center has distributed question banks in soft copy in Punjabi to the candidates. This material has been shared with all 14 C-PYTE centers and the method of coaching for the written examinations has been given to all the teachers of C-PYTE centers.
This year the exam will also be held in Punjabi. Along with this, he informed that the written pass percentage for the Indian Army Recruitment Rally has been increased to at least 85%, which was 48% last year.
To prepare for this exam, the youth can read the Hindi and English language books of R. Gupta and Arihant Publisher, Agniveer Army General Duty, Tradesman, Technical, Clerk, Store Keeper Technical. Along with this, they can read the Hindi, English and Punjabi language books of Shri Krishna (Ram Singh Yadav) Prakashan, Agniveer Army General Duty, Tradesman, Technical, Clerk.
The last stage of this recruitment is the rallies (physical test) which will be conducted from 01 to 05 August, 2025. To prepare for the rally, it is mandatory for the youth to do running practice. Physical coaching instructors have been made available from 01 May 2025 to prepare the youth. Youth of SAS Nagar district can prepare for the physical test at Government College, Phase-6.
