Maur Mandi- Tariq Goyal of Maur Mandi has secured the first position from Bathinda district in the results announced by the Punjab School Education Board for class 10th. On this achievement of Tariq Goyal, BJP Punjab General Secretary and Maur convenor Dayal Sodhi reached Tariq's house today and congratulated him and felicitated him.
 Dayal Sodhi congratulated Tariq's father Sushil Kumar and mother Madhu Bala and said that while Tariq's hard work has paid off for this achievement, the contribution of his parents is also very big. 
He further said that today there is a lot of competition in the field of education, only those children come forward who work hard day and night and make good use of their time. BJP workers from Maur were also present on this occasion.
