Society member dedicated to the welfare of humanity at home and abroad, our priceless gem: Giani Sarabjit Singh

Nawanshahr- In the era of materialism, every person, whether he lives in the country or abroad, works hard to earn money for the upkeep of his family, but there are some people who think for the welfare of the entire humanity apart from the family. Such people, following the path of Guru Nanak Sahib Ji's blessed principle of "Eat whatever you have, give it to the needy", take a tenth of their good earnings and help in the suffering of the needy and from time to time send this service to those institutions whose performance they are completely satisfied with.

These views were expressed by Giani Sarabjit Singh, the Chief Patron of Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society, at the home of Mr. Balraj Singh, a member dedicated to the services of the Society in the UK, and he was also specially honored. On this occasion, Didar Singh Gahun, a senior member of the Society, retired DSP, was also with him.
He said that people like Balraj Singh not only contribute their body, mind and wealth in religious and social service activities but also remain dedicated to its activities from time to time. Such members are the priceless gems of the Society, thanks to which the Society is moving forward on its path with confidence and strength.
While sharing this information, Chief Sevadar Surjit Singh said that whenever the Chief Patron of the Society goes on a foreign trip, he definitely meets such members and also pays respect to them on behalf of the Society. On this occasion, Didar Singh Ji thanked the family on behalf of the Society.
During his foreign tour, he will also meet families associated with other services of the society.
