BJP submits memorandum to Deputy Commissioner for immediate deportation of illegal Pakistani nationals.

The petition states that 26 unarmed civilians of the country lost their lives in the terrorist attack carried out by terrorists sheltered and supported by Pakistan in Pahalgam area of ??Jammu and Kashmir on April 22. The letter states that the attack was planned by Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. And it was made under the direction of the Pakistani Army, which shocked the entire country.
The letter states that in view of this tragic incident, the Central Government has taken several important steps like cancelling the Indus Water Treaty, reducing diplomatic relations with Pakistan to a minimum, cancelling visas issued to Pakistani nationals and deporting them within a limited time frame. In this regard, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued Order No. 25022/28/2025-FI. (dated 25.04.2025) and exercising powers conferred under Section 3(1) of the Foreigners Act, 1946, has decided to suspend visa services for Pakistani nationals (except long-term stay and diplomatic/official visas).
The letter demanded that all Pakistani nationals living in various parts of the district, who do not have valid documents, whose visas have expired, or whose visas have been suspended, be immediately identified and arrangements made for their immediate deportation.
The letter said that this is a serious matter related to national security, hence such persons should be listed without delay and necessary legal action should be taken immediately. Sukhwinder Singh Goldy, Tahil Sharma, Banni Sandhu, Anil Kumar Guddu, Jasminder Pal Singh, Pawan Moucha, Sushil Rana, Gagan Sharma, Maninder Singh, Madan Goyal, Ravinder Rana, Mitali Garg, Rajpal Rana, Raman Sharma, Daljit Singh Billu were present on the occasion.
