SAS Nagar, October 28- The problem of unauthorized encroachments is continuously increasing in our city. Regarding this, although the Municipal Corporation claims to take continuous action against illegal encroachments in the city and the Municipal Corporation team is also seen removing illegal encroachments in the markets of the city, but no significant effect of this action of the Municipal Corporation is visible. And this problem is continuously increasing.
In Local Phase 1, the road dividing the industrial area, which leads from Deplast Chowk to Mohali Village, is lined with carts selling vegetables and fruits throughout the day and always has the atmosphere of a vegetable market. There is a lot of traffic on this road, but due to traffic jams on both sides of the road, drivers have to face a lot of trouble.
The Municipal Corporation removes the encroachment of shopkeepers in the city markets, but the Municipal Corporation does not take any action against these illegal encroachers, due to which this problem is continuously increasing.
Local residents say that despite repeatedly complaining to the Municipal Corporation in this regard, no action is taken by the Municipal Corporation. He said that there is always filth scattered on the roadside due to roadside vendors, which causes a lot of trouble to the residents.
The residents demand that this unauthorized market should be removed from here.
